Raspberry Pi FPC 2.7.1 hardfloat - correct compiler settings

I've successfully compiled FPC 2.7.1 (rev. 25914) with hardfloat for RPi, then compiled Lazarus rev 43991 - all good (besides some shit with *cairo* - but i manage to fix -CX that too thanks to these forums).
Testing some mandelbrot benchmarking with single and double, shows a increase of about 3% 
Therefore I'm not sure if I've done it correctly.

make all OPT='-CX -dFPC_ARMHF -O- -CfVFPv2' -j 8 FPMAKEOPT="-T 8" FPC=/usr/lib/fpc/2.6.2/ppcarm

This should be correct... or am I wrong?
