Include help files from third-party packages

As I have asked here http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,34901.msg229772.html#msg229772
it would be great if other help files could be used in the code editor - press F1 on a third-party component and its help pops up.

I have tried using the Options - Help - External. With a chm file, it only opens it, but doen't jump to the topic.
