TRXDBGrid questions

Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out some things in the TRXDBGrid component.

Question 1: Since I use a single grid but the people with different fields depending on the situation I have to be able to erase the columns and then replay them. In the attached example if you try to run the program you will see that when the grid is working properly, the filters are active. But if you press button1 you will see that after deleting the columns and repopulating the grid with content the filters are no longer usable.

Question 2: Always on filters how do I tell a column that does not have to activate the filter? For example, I want only the first 3 columns to be filtered. The others do not. How can I do?

I forgot the third question. How do I translate the texts in the TRXDBGird component? I have to translate it into Italian. Thank you
