open outlook files send me this error

I start app open outlook files but just i open the file and show me the folder and click on email account to get subfolders show this error ntdll!RtlUnicodeToCustomCPN 661 some ide what is that......

I simply do not understand how your question relates to Lazarus or fpc.

Before you try again, the following tools should help:
