I read on this forum (can't remember the exact post) ppl were searching for an icon/cursor editor.
As I found one, 6 months ago, I put here the link of it

the 1st link worked fine at the time I wrote the post, for now it is down (few hours later). It might become available again. There are plenty of sites where you can download Greenfish Icon Editor but i can't know if they deliver the source code I own on my hard drive. As it is 557kb long, i cant attach it here due to limitation.
However here is a link that actually works

archive contains gfie 3.31 setup for win32/64, and its source code separately, so you can build the application at your flavor

yep, it is crossplatform amazing pictures/icons/cursors editor with its freepascal source code (layers, effects, anim, crop, resize, save as different formats, etc)

good news, official site is UP again, with version 3.6
I still share version 3.31 on my seedbox for few days, in case of!
Enough for me, as a "case study" for source code, crossplatform pictures editing soft 100% Laz/FPC
