Not recognizing the selection construct
« on: March 12, 2018, 06:02:38 pm »
Dear Free Pascal Community:
I don't know, but the compiler for some reason does not recognize the selection ( IF - THEN ) construct in my programs.  Does anyone have any idea as to what is going on?  I get no error messages when I run these programs.  Thank you. :)

Show the code. I never heard that if-thens don't work.
Lazarus 2.3.0 (rev main-2_3-2863...) FPC 3.3.1 x86_64-linux-qt Chakra, Qt 4.8.7/5.13.2, Plasma 5.17.3
Lazarus 1.8.2 r57369 FPC 3.0.4 i386-win32-win32/win64 Wine 3.21

Try Eye-Candy Controls: https://sourceforge.net/projects/eccontrols/files/

I guess if that would be true, a lot more users would have complained about it...
There is probably something wrong with the logic and not with the syntax of the code.  :)
Windows 7 Pro (x64 Sp1) & Windows XP Pro (x86 Sp3).
