How to setup for Android Development
« on: April 08, 2018, 11:22:12 am »
Hi, I am trying to setup my computer to use Lazarus for developing android apps. I went through this tutorial but faild building the crosscompiler (--> Build FPC trunk for ARM to ~/Android/fpc:) it says: "no rule for..."
Because this tutorial seems to be not brand new - is there something which guides me step by step through the installation process?

Thanks in advance!

If the makefile has no rule it means you are building for a wrong and unsupported platform. You will need to build the cross-compiler first.
Specialize a type, not a var.

If you're on Windows, install Laz4Android and then install all LAMW packages in order.

Else, use fpcupdeluxe, install fpc and lazarus, install the crosscompilers, and then LAMW packages in order.
