CTRL+F9 not working in Linux Mint 19
« on: November 25, 2018, 10:18:16 pm »
Hi,

I'm using Linux Mint 19. When I press F9, my program starts. Unfortunately, the combination CTRL+F9 is not working, i.e. my program doesn't compile. I see no reaction.

Does anyone has a clue? Is this a Lazarus specific problem or a Linux Mint specific problem?

Thank you!

Maybe Linux Mint uses Ctrl+F9 for something else. You can search its shortcut settings. Another example: Ctrl+F4 should close tab in Source Editor but in Linux it switches virtual desktops.
Lazarus 2.3.0 (rev main-2_3-2863...) FPC 3.3.1 x86_64-linux-qt Chakra, Qt 4.8.7/5.13.2, Plasma 5.17.3
Lazarus 1.8.2 r57369 FPC 3.0.4 i386-win32-win32/win64 Wine 3.21

Try Eye-Candy Controls: https://sourceforge.net/projects/eccontrols/files/
