TListView.HoverSelection

Redenegue:
I need to disable HoverSelection, but it does not seem to be available. It is almost impossible to make selections in Listview, for the item selections keep changing when the mouse hovers over them.  Any Help?

By default HotTrack is False and no selection by hover.
