Install Lazarus+FPC+Libraries+Crosscompile with Docker ?

Hello World,

I still find it sometimes cumbersome to install Lazarus+FPC including Cross-Compile and including some packages.
How's about someone makes a Docker image so that would help the installation for lazy dudes like me?   

Please, let me know what you think about this idea.

I just use FPCUPDeluxe, easy peasy to get FPC + Laz + Cross compilers + Extra packages.
