[Solved] Sorting the Project Inspector
« on: March 20, 2019, 01:31:48 am »
Is there a way to sort the Project Inspector (See attachment).
Except for alphabetical order?

You are looking at it, just left of the EDIT box.

If you are looking for custom sorts I don't think it has it...

I can't really think why you would need this actually.

If you mean alphabetical.... I know where that is.
And I want to have my 7 forms for evaluation together instead of 4 on top and 3 at the bottom

They start with the same words (referee_evaluatie), what's wrong with an alphabetical sort?

Note that the project inspector only shows names of dependencies: an alphabetical sort is the one that makes most sense.

??
Name your files accordingly?
I name my *.pas-files for Forms always starting with a Letter F
*.pas-files for conatining classes start with letter C
everything else (supporting units) with letter U
One System to rule them all, One Code to find them,
One IDE to bring them all, and to the Framework bind them,
in the Land of Redmond, where the Windows lie

Use folders.

I changed it manually by editing the *.LPI file.
And now everything is as I want it

Did you see the Sort button "A-Z" above the list? When pressed the files are sorted alphabetically.
