on which OS will run my program?

So, if I compiled binary with Lazarus, and link it to GTK, on which OS with what minimum version of GTK I can run this application?
For example, will it run on Red Hat  5.2, Red Hat 6.2 or Red Hat 7.0

If I'll make static linking, will it run on any linux system?
