With creating new terminal emulators (eg. xterm) on Linux so easy, it seems Free Vision has a very unique possibility as an event user interface. Events are confined to the FV modal application on each separate xterm. And are not floating in the X client/server global space.
Just wondering if the FV TUI will block while handling blocking event procedures? Something like a TUI for job control. I will try this, but it might take me a year or two given my programming skills.
